A responsible business from the start

As the first in our industry to sign The Climate Pledge, we’ve committed to reaching Net Zero by 2040—10 years earlier than Paris Agreement's Net Zero by 2050—to do our part in holding global warming below 1.5 degrees.

We are growing S4Capital in a responsible and sustainable way, for the long-term benefit of all, making a meaningful difference and leaving a light footprint. While our primary focus is on decarbonising our operations, for emissions we cannot yet decarbonise, we will continue to neutralise through offsetting. 

In 2022 our S4 Forest was in its second year of cultivation. Our goal has been to plant enough trees to offset average annual emissions of our people and—in partnership with Tree-Nation—through the end of 2022 we'd planted more than 503,033 trees, reforesting over 300 hectares and capturing 43,479.63 of CO2.

Our 2022 ESG Report is scheduled for release in late April 2023.
